How do I know which size to order?
Birkenstock offers two widths: Regular and Narrow. Please refer to our size guide which features a printable foot measurement tool to ensure the perfect fit for your foot length and arch.
What is the difference between the Regular and Soft Footbed?
The Regular footbed features our classic contoured cork-latex base. The Soft footbed includes an integrated foam layer filled with millions of tiny air bubbles for immediate cushioning and comfort.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, resalable merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
How should I care for my leather Birkenstocks?
We recommend avoiding extreme heat and water. Use a suede brush for nubuck or suede styles, and apply a leather conditioner to smooth leather to keep it supple and prevent cracking.
Can I have my Birkenstocks repaired?
Yes, many of our styles are designed to be renewable. You can take your sandals to an authorized Birkenstock repair shop for resoling or footbed replacement to extend the life of your footwear.
