Pack Your Items
Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund as it is processed.
